The challenge

To introduce the brand into Asia by building brand awareness and setting up a regional retail distribution network

Value added

Leveraging our relationships with the key landlords and advertising media across the region

Key achievements

  • Set up a retail distribution network in Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
  • Launched the brand into China under a JV and subsequently sold to a local Chinese operator
  • Managed the Japan business under a JV until sold to a local Japanese operator
