The first Alice pizzeria debuted in Via delle Grazie, in the St. Peter’s district of Rome, in 1990. Here worked Domenico Giovannini who, thanks to his passion and entrepreneurial skills, started a project that over the years became a real example of success in the world of pizza. From the first pizzeria, in fact, many others immediately followed, inspired by the same techniques and recipes, which opened in different districts of the city. Over the years, the goal has remained the same: to make pizza by the slice famous throughout Italy and, perhaps, the rest of the globe !

La prima pizzeria Alice ha debuttato in via delle Grazie, nel quartiere San Pietro di Roma, nel 1990. Qui lavorava Domenico Giovannini che, grazie alla sua passione e alle sue capacità imprenditoriali, diede vita a un progetto che negli anni divenne un vero e proprio esempio di successo nel mondo della pizza. Dalla prima pizzeria, infatti, ne seguirono subito molte altre, ispirate alle stesse tecniche e ricette, che aprirono in diversi quartieri della città. Nel corso degli anni, l’obiettivo è rimasto lo stesso: rendere la pizza al taglio famosa in tutta Italia e, forse, anche nel resto del mondo !
